Very interesting initiative! Will it be held on the regular basis? Concerning the Powerball lottery: the odds in this game are rather long still it is not a reason to discard all the lotteries. There there some with better chances yet smaller prizes. Still several hundred thousand dollars or even a millions are not a bad money I guess. Check Australian lotto results to see it for yourself.
